Ding Ding Xiang is a noodle shop inside the food court at 42 Beach Street. Its menu centers on luosifen rice noodles, served in the house bone broth or as a dry noodle dish. Pickled bamboo shoots, bean curd, bok choy and quail eggs are among the additions you can choose.

Pork-and-shrimp wontons and pork dumplings offer other ways to try the house broth. There are also beef brisket noodles, beef brisket vermicelli and wontons in chili oil. Look for the shop within the shared food court rather than a separate dining room on Beach Street. A bowl here can be a meal on its own.
