Winter Pairings: Port, Chocolate, and Blue Cheeses

Formaggio Kitchen holds a one-hour pairing class at its South End shop. It is 21+ and standing room only. The tasting covers dry and sweet ports, blue cheeses including Colston Bassett Stilton, and bean-to-bar chocolates.
