The Fresh Paint Party

The Copley Society of Art holds The Fresh Paint Party, the 38th year of a fundraiser first held in 1988. This year’s theme is Fresh Facades, after the renovation of the building’s facade. Instead of the usual auction, artists make original work in a shared 10 by 10 format, and each piece is priced at $300. Standard tickets are $150. Tickets for creatives and administrators who work in the arts are $55. The society asks guests to wear their freshest outfit, and the best dressed wins a prize. The event page lists the society at 158 Newbury Street.
