Spice School: Fall Blending Bar

Curio Spice Co. runs this 75-minute blending class in The Nook at the Boston Public Market. You get a short lesson on flavor, built from a talk by founder Claire Cheney, then mix a spice blend at the spice bar and take the jar home, along with a Curio Spice Flavor Wheel. Spiced drinks and popcorn are included.

The class is $45, ages 12 and up, and capped at 25 people. The Nook is on the Greenway side of the market, around the corner from Red’s Best. A full refund or credit is available up to a week before. Questions go to jana@curiospice.com.
