Salem Haunted Happenings

Salem Haunted Happenings is the city’s October celebration of Halloween, not a single show with one ticket. Destination Salem says it began in 1982 as a weekend festival and now runs the whole month, with parades, parties, vendor fairs, tours, museums, and other events that keep their own times and prices. The month opens October 1 with the Salem Chamber of Commerce Haunted Happenings Grand Parade and ends Halloween night with a 400-drone show for Salem’s 400th anniversary.
