Milk Street Recipe Development Bootcamp

Milk Street’s Recipe Development Bootcamp is capped at 10 people and led by kitchen director Wes Martin and director of education Rosemary Gill. Thursday, February 18, 5:00 to 8:30 p.m., starts with a cooking assignment and a welcome dinner. Friday, February 19, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is a full day in the kitchen and the library. You design a recipe with a partner, cook it, taste other students’ work, and get feedback from Milk Street’s recipe developers. Lunch and snacks are included that day.

The ticket is $1,250 and does not cover lodging or transportation. There are no refunds. The ticket can be transferred to someone else for these dates. A virtual session on March 25, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., covers the writing follow-up. The school entrance is across from 49 India Street. Aquarium, on the Blue Line, is the closest T stop.
