Hands-On: Pizza al Padellino

Eataly Boston teaches Pizza al Padellino, the thick pan pizza from Turin. A Scuola chef demonstrates, then each guest makes the dough, adds the toppings, and bakes an individual pizza. The ticket includes a chef antipasto and a welcome wine. Non-alcoholic drinks are available.

One ticket covers one guest. Seats are first come. Anyone drinking needs a government ID showing they are 21 or older. Children 8 and older can come. Guests under 15 need an adult with them. Tell the kitchen about dietary needs 48 hours ahead. Eventbrite lists the class at $86.56. They say the hour can run 10 to 15 minutes long.
