Three courses, each with an Angel’s Envy whiskey.

Lobster ravioli in a light Angel’s Envy cream sauce, with Angel’s Envy Bourbon. Grilled sirloin with roasted garlic potato cake, charred broccolini, Gorgonzola fonduta, and a Chianti reduction, with Angel’s Envy Triple Oak. Pumpkin bread pudding with bourbon caramel, white chocolate sauce, and vanilla ice cream, with Angel’s Envy Rye.
