Yoga Classes to Try This Weekend
Boston is consistently hosting yoga classes, but this weekend, there are a few you should try! We have created this list for you to choose what’s best for you and give it a go!
Yoga in Franklin Park with Linda Wellness Warrior: this outdoor Vinyasa-based yoga with modifications will be hosted under the trees and incorporate elements of nature. All levels are welcomed! Class starts at 9:30am this Saturday (it is recommended to arrive at 9:15) and it lasts an hour.
Yoga @ Pier’s Park with Amanda Lee: join Amanda in this all-levels slow flow class with a view. Class starts at 9:15am every Saturday. The class will take place on the green space overlooking the water in the top left corner of the park. Bring your own materials and sign up + complete the waiver before attending!
Yoga in the Beer Garden: Remnant Brewery is hosting an hour-long Power Yoga flow class every Saturday at 9:30am. Andrea Savino will lead the class that costs $10 to attend and you need to sign up since space is limited. After the class, you can enjoy some food, art, and retail shops in the heart of Union Square! All levels are welcomed.
Yoga in the Garden: this free outdoor yoga session offered by Jenn Pici Falk, occurs monthly on Saturdays and this Saturday there will be one from 10am to 11am. Growing Center invites all levels and is open to everyone interested!
Weekend Warrior Flow Beach Yoga: Morgan of daisyface flow is bringing yoga to Bay Beach for just $10! The class runs for an hour starting at 10am and it is an all-levels, vinyasa style session for newer yogi and those looking to expand their practice. Make sure to complete the waiver before attending the class! No need to sign up, and the class can be payed in cash or Venmo.
Art House Yoga: this $25 class that runs from 10am-11am, is designed by yoga instructor Erika Fritz for all levels and it is inspired by the art of Leslie Stoner and Betsy Podlach. Chase Young Gallery will host this art-inspired class this Saturday in the SoWa district of South End Boston. It is necessary to sign up prior to attending.
