Sally’s Apizza

Sally’s Apizza at South Bay brings New Haven pizza to Dorchester, with a thin, charred crust and a relatively light hand with the mozzarella. The tomato sauce pie skips mozzarella altogether, using Parmesan instead. Potato and rosemary, a white clam pie, and the spicy Calabrian Stinger give the table several directions to go. There is more than pizza here: the menu includes chicken Parmesan, pastas, salads and starters such as arancini and meatballs.
