Bubble Waffle Lady

Bubble Waffle Lady is a small egg-waffle stand inside the Beach Street food court shared with Avana Sushi and Dumpling King. Look inside the building for Hong Kong-style egg puffs: a connected sheet of little rounded pockets that you pull apart as you eat. They’re served simply, in a paper bag, with lightly crisp edges and soft, chewy centers. You may also see the stand referred to as Egg Puffs or the Egg Puff Lady.

Bring cash and eat them while they’re warm. It’s an easy dessert stop after dumplings or sushi in the same food court, particularly when you want something small to carry along on your walk through Chinatown.
