Widowmaker Taproom and Kitchen

Widowmaker’s Brighton taproom pairs its beer with food from Aatma, chef Keith Sarasin’s Indian restaurant inside the North Beacon Street space. The menu includes a butter-cooked benne dosa filled with spiced potato, butter chicken in a cashew-tomato gravy and lamb-belly biryani cooked in a clay pot. The burger gets masala-spiced beef patties, Amul cheese and achari onions.

That makes the taproom a place to plan dinner as well as a beer. Aatma takes reservations and welcomes walk-ins, with part of the dining room and bar kept available for people arriving without a booking.
