MDM Noodles on Washington Street makes hand-pulled noodles the reason to stop in Brighton Center. Beef scallion noodles are one option; pork-and-cabbage dumplings, scallion pancakes and wonton soup give you other ways to build an order. A spicy cumin lamb burger adds something different from a bowl of noodles.
