What A Soup gives River Street a menu built around Thai noodle soups. Boat noodles come in a dark broth with beef or pork, while creamy tom yum combines noodles with shrimp, pork, herbs, and crunchy toppings. Khao soi brings curry broth and both soft and crisp egg noodles to the bowl. There’s also a clear vegetable soup with tofu for a gentler route through the menu.

Soup isn’t compulsory. Brothless noodles, basil pork over rice, and Japanese-style katsu curry offer alternatives, with chili wontons or pork belly skewers to start. The restaurant serves dine-in meals and offers online pickup ordering. Thai iced tea and coconut custard can take care of the sweeter part of lunch or dinner.
