Society on High
Society on High has a seasonal patio tucked into the Financial District, useful when you want lunch outside without leaving downtown. The menu ranges from sandwiches and flatbreads to larger plates, so an after-work drink can easily become dinner. A mushroom-and-truffle flatbread or calamari gives the table something to share while everyone decides.
For a full meal, choices include a tuna poke bowl, salmon and chicken cordon bleu with potato gnocchi. The menu also has vegetable-focused dishes, including a grain bowl with chickpeas, beet hummus and tahini sauce. Brunch is a separate offering, with chicken and waffles and French toast among the choices. Reserve for a planned group meal, and ask specifically about patio seating if that’s the reason you’re coming.
