Shaking Crab’s Boston Common location is upstairs on Boylston Street, where seafood boils are the main event. You choose your seafood and sauce, with combinations that bring together crab legs, shrimp, crawfish or other shellfish. Corn and potatoes go into the boil too. Wear something you’re comfortable eating a messy meal in; this is hands-on dinner.

The wider menu includes fried seafood baskets, chicken wings and fries for people who would rather skip cracking shells.
