Youji’s

Youji’s Washoku Renaissance offers reservation-only Japanese dining inside Foundation Kitchen at 32 Cambridge Street in Charlestown. Chef Youji Iwakura builds the experience around washoku, with seasonal ingredients, carefully prepared fish, vegetables and rice. Sushi and kaiseki-style meals form the core of the program, with different formats offered on different evenings.

This is a meal to book ahead: each service has a designated starting time, and the restaurant directs guests to reserve before visiting. Check the booking page for the menu, duration and start time of your chosen sitting rather than expecting ordinary walk-in sushi service. Private dinners and special events are also available by arrangement with the restaurant.
