Valentine’s Bock Beer Brunch

Embrace the love of beer with us this Valentine’s Day with a mouthwatering beer brunch!

No Joke Smoke is cooking up a breakfast feast for this celebration of hearty German lagers. Each course will be paired with one of our special release bocks in this guided tasting in our underground barrel-aging cellar.

Four-Course Menu

• First Course: Butternut squash soup with griddled cornbread
• Second Course: White and sweet potato has, with peppers and onions, topped with chorizo
• Third Course: Quiche with candied bacon and cheddar cheese, and Sweet Heat sauce
• Fourth Course: French toast bake with dark chocolate covered strawberry with cream cheese icing
