“The Tempest” on Boston Common (FREE)

The Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) is bringing a show to Boston Common that will last from July 21st until August 1st. The Tempest will be the show produced in honor of the 25th anniversary production of the Company’s Free Shakespeare on the Common. The production is FREE!

The event will take place IN PERSON at Boston Common but certain special measures will be in place to ensure everyone’s safety. Audience size will be limited and it is encouraged to wear a face mask even if vaccinated. Although the event is free, it is recommended you register in advance since there are limited spots. Walk ups are welcomed on the night of the event as well. You can also reserve pods of 2 for $150 this year on the Friends Section if you are attending with more people. If you would like to learn more about the seating and reserve a spot, check this site! You will also find information about donations there (they are encouraged!).

The performance will take place on a variety of days at 8pm and the detailed schedule is as follows:
