The Crab Shack at Roslindale Plaza

The Crab Shack has just opened its doors at Roslindale Plaza this week! Come enjoy some Cajun-Asian food as utensils become optional on this dining experience.

Cajun-Asian food is one of the fastest-growing restaurant concepts in the US where utensils are optional and lobster bibs are a necessity. The American Legion Shopping Center of Roslindale will serve as the home of this spot.

"With the accessibility of the best and freshest seafood in Boston, we knew our fourth location should be here. This is a very delicious way to eat and a very, very good time,” says owner Jason Chen, who owns three other Crab Shacks in Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

The restaurant offers eight meals of crab (Dungeness, Blue, Rock crab, Snow crab, and King Crab), lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams, Louisiana crawfish, potatoes, eggs, Chinese sausage, and corn on the cob, boiled in a savory broth and then tossed in your choice of flavorful sauces (from butter and garlic to spicy Cajun). They are also offering some fried seafood as well as Southern-style appetizers.

They are offering dine-in experiences as well as pickup and delivery options. Their hours of operation are Sunday to Thursday from 12 to 10PM and Friday to Saturday from 12 to 11PM.
