Rooftop Yoga

Join Boston Young Professionals Association on the rooftop of Energize Boston for a yoga flow with amazing views of the city. This 45-minute class includes salads and smoothies that guests can enjoy post-workout with other members of the group!
At 5:45 PM, you’ll meet outside of Energize Boston (on Mass Ave, near Symphony) and be taken up to the roof (by elevator) one group at a time. Guests can roll out their mats (please bring your own mat) and meet their instructor while the rest of the guests arrive.

Included with every registration are various food options to enjoy after the session. The food will be brought up to the class and they’ll collect orders when guests register online.
Food options:
Acai Bowl: A Blend of Acai, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Banana, Avocado and Agave, garnished with Strawberries, Banana, Granola and Bee Pollen
Plant Power Salad with homemade bread: Mix of Kale, Spinach, and Mixed Greens Base. Tomatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cucumbers, Chickpeas, Sweet corn, Onions, Pistachios, and Hemp seeds. Walnut Basil Dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing on the side.
Protein Bowl: Kale Base. Quinoa Lentils, Black Beans, Chickpeas, Brown Rice, Carrots, Pumpkin Seeds and Raisins. Dressed with Lemon dressing
Nourishment Salad with homemade bread: Kale Base. Avocado, Cucumber, Carrots, Beets, Red Peppers, Pine Nuts, Cashew, Dash of Cayenne Pepper. Walnut Basil Dressing on the side. (spicy!)
Happiness Smoothie (24 ounces): Homemade Cashew Milk, Banana, Strawberries and Agave
Green Monster Smoothie(24 ounce): Avocado, Spinach, Spirulina, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper and Agave (spicy!)
