PRIDE Dinner with Rose Wine ($95)

The Liberty Hotel is hosting a PRIDE Dinner with Rose Wine at Clink on June 10th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm that costs $95 per person.
Chef Daniel Kenney will deliver a 4-course dinner that will be paired with French Rosé Wine to kick of Pride and the Summer Outdoor Dinner Series. The Liberty’s private patio will host the event and the proceeds will benefit The Theater Offensive. The dinner is scheduled to be hosted outside but in case of rain, then the dinner will be moved inside CLINK. The menu for the evening is as follows:
First Glass and Course: Bouvet Sparkling Rose with Crispy Cape Cod Oyster “Po Boy”
Second Glass and Course: La Nerthe “Les Cassagne” Cotes du Rhone Rose 2020 with Cherry Glazed Long Island Duck Breast, Foie Gras and Aromatic Barley.
Third Glass and Course: Chateau d’Aqueria Rose Tavel France 2018 with Hand Carved Aged Sirloin, Spring Mushrooms and Leek Confit.
Final Glass and Course: Froze featuring AIX Rose from Provence with Chocolate and Port Creme Brûlée and Port Soaked Blackberries.
