Back Bay Pancake Pop-Up

Gabrielle Rerra will be hosting a pancake parlor experience for one day only on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. at the Arlington Street Church.

At her “pop-up breakfast experience,” Rerra will be serving unlimited buttermilk pancakes with homemade maple syrup for just $5. Cocktails will be sold separately from the pancakes, customers will have five options– Bellini, Mimosa, French 75, Paloma, and a vodka-based punch.

Although Rerra graduated from S.I. Newhouse School Of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a degree in advertising and now works in the tech industry, the pancake parlor has always been her passion project.

Rerra dreamt about having a $5 unlimited pancake business since high school. Throughout the years, she has pondered the shape that this business would take; however, one factor remained a constant– she wanted to ensure customers a hospitable, low-budget environment.

Be sure to check out this first of many pancake pop-up from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Back Bay tomorrow.
