More Latin Concerts Coming to Boston

Maria Lanao was just recently named Latin Talent Buyer at Live Nation for the Northeast! The company is trying to expand their Latin touring presence across regions so this decision comes as no surprise.

Mrs. Lanao has joined the world’s leading live entertainment company as Latin Talent Buyer and she will support the growth of booking and promoting Latin touring artists throughout the Northeast region of the United States, including markets across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Maryland, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Additionally, she will contribute her insight and expertise in Latin music and live events to continue to expand the company’s touring portfolio to include more diverse artists.

She is a highly respected and influential force in music and the live event industry who has worked for 11-years at WME Agency in Miami and New York City where she was the first Latin woman to be promoted to music agent. Not only this but she also managed over $20 million in yearly domestic and international personal appearances and live production bookings featuring prominent Latin touring stars and tours across 30 countries and 150 cities globally.

Lanao has worked with very acclaimed global music artists and social media influencers across multiple genres, representing artists like Luis Miguel, Juan Luis Guerra, Juanes, Rosalía, J Balvin, Farruko, Prince Royce, Bomba Estéreo, Café Tacvba, Vicente García and more.

“It’s an exciting time to be part of Live Nation as we continue to build a broader platform that shines a brighter light on the beauty of our rich culture. We have a great opportunity to of course entertain, but also to educate, by amplifying our multicultural Latin American experiences,” says Maria Lanao.

At this time, Live Nation also announced the addition of two new Regional Marketing Directors as part of their Latin touring team, Gabriela Ortega in the Southeast and Lucy Herrera in the Midwest. These amazing women will be responsible for leading marketing efforts for all of Live Nation’s Latin tours.
