Eva is NOW Open!

Remember Cafeteria on Newbury? Well, the owners decided to reinvent the place and they have just opened an as delicious restaurant called Eva!

A few weeks ago, we wrote about Eva (read it here) and we are excited to say it is finally OPEN! There were a couple of soft openings in the past few days but it is not official. Owner George Aboujaoude said it was one of the smoothest and best openings he has ever had.

Eva will be opening for dinner and lunch seven days a week and weekend brunch will be eventually added in early May. The restaurant has a beautiful new patio, one of the biggest ones on Newbury Street. This will be the restaurant a huge new dining and drinking destination.

Eva will have items such as Soy and Citrus dressed Tuna Tartare with Spicy Mayo or the Chicken Panini Chicken Breast with Caramelized Peppers and Onion. There are also pizzas and the brunch menu will offer classics such as French Toast and other delicious plates like Grilled Sourdough Avocado Burrata and Green Tomatillo Shakshuka.
