DIG Opening in Kendall Square

DIG, formerly Dig Inn, is now opening in Kendall Square! The vegetable-forward cooking restaurant and company embraces the ‘mindful sourcing’ philosophy focusing on fresh and minority-run small farms ingredients. And we have good news for SB members!

Adam Eskin founded DIG back in 2011, a Massachusetts native who graduated from Brown University. He is now opening a new location in Kendall Square. During this month, guests who sign up for the DIG rewards program, they can receive double rewards ($10 off). The new space will be located right down the block from MIT on 1 Broadway.

DIG has a mission to rebuild the food system by creating their own sustainable, environmentally friendly supply chain while transforming customers perception of vegetables from a nutritional necessity to the centerpiece of a delicious meal. If you want to take a look at the menu, you can do so here!

The new location has about 40 indoor seats, a bar counter, and during the warmer months, there will be sidewalk seating offered. There is an open kitchen layout that allows guests to see their food being cooked in front of them on state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

"Having grown up just outside of Boston, I'm personally and professionally excited for the opening of DIG's Kendall Square location," says DIG co-founder and CEO.

DIG has three locations across Massachusetts including one in Seaport and numerous locations in New York such as a few in Manhattan!

We are also so excited to announce that all Secret Boston readers and members can use the promo code ‘secretboston22’ for a discount! Valid for 1 use per customer, $5 off; through April 15th. it works on pick up and delivery orders too!
