Arlington’s Capitol Theater Reopens!

Good news to all cinema fans, Arlington’s Capitol Theater is set to reopen this Friday, May 28th! The Arlington, MA movie theater will begin showing movies starting tomorrow. The Theater announced in an email to its loyal patrons that they are “thrilled to welcome you back to the movies.”

Beginning tomorrow, the Capitol will be showing a variety of films which include: CRUELLA, the backup story to the creation of Cruella de Vil; A Quiet Place Part 2, the Abbott’s family continued fight for survival in silence; and Nomadland, the Academy Award winner for Best Picture about a modern-day nomad. Tickets range around $10 (changing depending on the day and time) and can be purchased directly from their website!

The Theater has been hosting virtual screenings for the past few months as well as popcorn pop-ups, private rentals, and ice cream sales so it doesn't come as a surprise that everyone at Arlington’s Capitol Theater is eager to welcome clients back for an in person experience.

Somerville Theatre, the Capitol’s sister theatre, is expected to reopen mid-summer due to renovations but for now, you can enjoy the facilities at Capitol’s Theater!
