Thursday\, February 18\, 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.\, starts with a cooking assignment and a welcome dinner. Friday\, February 19\, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.\, is a full day in the kitchen and the library. You design a recipe with a partner\, cook it\, taste other students’ work\, and get feedback from Milk Street’s recipe developers. Lunch and snacks are included that day. \nThe ticket is $1\,250 and does not cover lodging or transportation. There are no refunds. The ticket can be transferred to someone else for these dates. A virtual session on March 25\, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.\, covers the writing follow-up. The school entrance is across from 49 India Street. Aquarium\, on the Blue Line\, is the closest T stop. \n
