The Sinclair Kitchen Reopens this Weekend

The Sinclair has announced that they are reopening their Kitchen this weekend with a new menu from Brato Brewhouse. Aside from opening the restaurant, they will be opening the roof desk during the spring time!

The Sinclair is located at the heat of Harvard Square and it is its preeminent music venue. They have been hosting shows for months now in accordance with the city’s COVID-19 guidelines but their restaurant, bar, and roof deck have remained closed for a while now. Dinner will be officially back this Saturday, February 12th.

The new menu will include bar pizza (which have been in the Brighton menu since September), fried chicken, dill pickle ranch, buffalo cauliflower with friend Brussels sprouts, smash burgers, and more from the Brighton Brewpub. The new menu promises to satisfy concert-goers, college students, and the broader Cambridge crowd.

Bar Pizza or Bar Pie

Bar pizza, or bar pies, are the highlight of the menu. They are personal-sized, crispy-crusted pizzas topped with a unique blend of sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Chef Gilman began experimenting with bar pizza dough and his own blend of cheeses when he first met Bowery and discovered the amazing double-stacked convection oven The Sinclair’s kitchen has.

“We try to match up the food to the way their kitchen is set up. Especially in more of a college-town area, directly in Harvard Square, I thought bar pies seemed like a really clean fit.” Gilman says.

There will also be a vast selection of drinks offered. Brato beers will be featured as well as a rotating selection of Brighton-brewed drafts and cans. Guests must be fully vaccinated to dine in and they can order at the bar or via a QR code.

Brato at The Sinclair Kitchen will open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 5PM until 9PM. Hours are expected to be extended during the spring time just in time for the roof-top patio.
