Supporting Local Restaurants Impacted by COVID-19
While the weather is getting warmer, and restaurants are continuing to re-open, some are still closed. The restaurant industry needs our support right now. Due to many restrictions they aren’t able to operate as usual. This means that they can’t have a full restaurant and the lack of customers means less tips.
Many restaurants are taking the initiative and revamping menus, building outdoor patios, and adding plexiglass. This crisis calls for restaurant owners/staff to use their creativity. They have to ask themselves, “How can we make a comeback?” Many places said it will be a slow progression, but if we support them, it won’t be.
Below are a couple restaurants that you can stop by, eat delicious food, and have a couple drinks. Remember to always TIP well because the staff depends on it!
A&B KITCHEN
If you’re attending a game at TD Garden stop by and support A&B Burgers. Since recently re-opening they’ve been working hard to make sure safety precautions are in place. They have great burger options! If you are not feeling burgers, they also have a pretty good selection of food & drinks.

MARE OYSTER BAR
If you’re looking for a nice outdoor setting and are craving delicious seafood, then Mare Oyster Bar is the place for you. Like the caption says, “Sweeten up your week at Mare.” Their menu is versatile but they are most known for the fresh seafood. Remember to take some pictures when you go & tag them!
BURRO BAR
Do you like Mexican food & Tequila? Burro Bar is a dope Mexican spot that is Instagram & TikTok worthy. They even have brunch! While this is just one of many impacted by Covid-19, it’s really the place to be at. Not only does the inside look pretty cool, but the drinks make you thirsty just by looking at them. Check them out, they also have outdoor seating. Don’t forget to try their amazing margarita flavors; Dragonfruit Strawberry & Spicy Papago Mango.
