Powisset Farm in Dover, Massachusetts is hosting a special event on Memorial Day. This family friendly event will serve as the official kickoff to the summer season which will include other events such as Saturdays at the Farm, Father’s Day Bluegrass Barbecue, Farm Dinners, adult-only Date Night Dinners, Pride Events, etc.

The Memorial Day on the Farm will be full of farm activities, food, and fun for the entire family on May 31st. If you choose to go, you can meet the barnyard animals such as pigs, chickens, goats, and sheep; enjoy a fun animal craft; and a children’s scavenger hunt. Aside from this, Ethan Robbins live music will run throughout the afternoon and Chef Thi will be in charge of creating farm-fresh pizzas, desserts, and drinks.

In order to ensure safety, the farm is offering timed ticketing to provide visitors with all the safety measures necessary for COVID-19. There are three ninety-minute sessions available: 12-1:30PM, 1:30- 3:00PM and 3-4:30PM. Tickets include free parking, access to the farm trails and StoryWalk, barnyard animals, children’s craft and scavenger hunt, and live music. Food and drinks are not included.
