The market has just announced its four new vendors who will be opening their first bar and a Boston Public Market outpost at Logan Airport. The new vendors are: Seven Hills Pasta, Perillas Korean Fare, Rootastes Mediterranean bowls, and American Stonecraft by HOPe Unlimited.
“We are thrilled to welcome several new exceptional New England small businesses into the Market family,” Cheryl Cronin, Boston Public Market CEO.
Rootastes - with seasonal, design-your-own bowls featuring greens, grains, proteins, and delicious, hearty vegetable side and sauces, this is a must-stop.
Seven Hills Pasta Co. - Italian-born husband and Massachusetts-native wife team up to make handmade pastas using ingredients and machines imported from Italy. They will sell packaged and prepared past while also giving guests a glimpse into their pasta making process.
Perillas - made-from-scratch Korean kitchen specializing in bibimbap, and focused on making the regional cuisine accessible to a wide audience through the approach of James Choi, founder of Perillas.
American Stonecraft - operated by House of Possibilities (HOPe) will have two spaces at the Market: American Stonecraft which will have food slabs, cooking stones, coasters, bowls, and more; and a new retail space “HOPe Unlimited“ which will feature products by artisans with disabilities from across the country.
“Every member of our BPM community uniquely and undoubtedly adds to the overall vibrancy of the Market and helps us to create a destination that Boston can be proud of. These four vendors are eager to welcome our guests and engage with our mission to building a common culture around food.”
Come enjoy the new and delicious food and also support the vendors while enjoying the iconic and year-round Farmers Market! As a side note, all vendors and workers at the market must be and are fully vaccinated.
